Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and products being shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer
- Delayed delivery caused by customs or courier services

- Minor variations in product appearance or packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page on our website.

To help us review your request quickly, please include:

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
